When I first launched American Skillet Company in 2012, I thought we’d be a majority B2B vendor for wholesale customers. To my amazement, our social content and products sold explosively on a very basic eCommerce website at the time, thus beginning my extensive experience building, managing and leveraging our multiple online marketplaces.

As both vendors for B2B sites and launching accounts on three channels of D2C platforms, my focus has always been towards acknowledging the unique demographics for each marketplace, and tailoring our profiles to meet the majority there.
