I will never underestimate the power of print, even in the digital age. There have been so many scenarios where a customer would call us up or write to us, explaining that they’ve had a ripped out article about the company and our products from a magazine they bought 7+ years ago, and kept ahold of it because they knew one day they would want to buy or reach out or what have you. If that’s not grassroots, I don’t know what is! But I do know that whatever we call this phenomenon of scrapbooking, it’s a pretty powerful thing that can still cut through the noise of digital
